What Lola Wants online services provide our customers with a convenient and secure online shopping experience. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment.

 

Membership

Becoming a member is free. You must be at least 18 years old to register as a member. You may only register if you are resident in New Zealand and can form a legally binding contract that is enforceable against you.

By using our services, registering with WLW website, or creating an account to use our services, you represent and warrant that:

(a) you are at least 18 years old,

(b) you are located and reside in New Zealand;

(c) all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.

By creating an account, you agree that:

(a) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to purchase;

(b) you enter into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase his or her items when you commit to purchase the item;

(c) you may receive communications from What Lola Wants, including newsletters, promotions, special offers, account reminders and updates.

 

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD$) and include GST (where applicable) levied under the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985. All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. We have the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice, for any reason. Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Payment

We accept payments by credit card or direct bank deposit. All items on your order will be prepared for despatch to your nominated shipping address after the payment received.

 

Disclaimers

We have made every effort to provide accurate descriptions and colour representation for all of our garments we list, however they are intended as a guide only. The actual colours will also depend on your screen display and settings, therefore, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any image will 100% accurately reflect the colour on delivery;  Description of products are summaries only with further information available on request to us. 

 

Refunds

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty. All garments are checked when they are sent out. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the garment for faults when they receive it and to notify us right away. We won’t take responsibility for items damaged upon opening - please be careful if opening your package with scissors / sharp objects.  

We offer refunds on faulty garments ONLY. If you need to return an item you need to send a request via email to almdesign@xtra.co.nz within 24 hours of receiving your item and we will be happy to assist you.

Faulty items are to be posted back using only traceable delivery. We will process this free of charge and issue you a full refund including postage after receiving the faulty garment back. 

 

Privacy

Please be assured that all information shared with What Lola Wants is private and confidential. At no point will we pass on, sell or distribute your personal information to any other party. Any details that you submit to us using our website or in an e-mail will only be used for sending you promotional or other information about us, our website, the services or our products, through e-mail.

You must keep your account information up-to-date and accurate at all times, including a valid email address.  You should advise us if the information changes, so we can update our records. You can either update it online or via Contact Us. The personal information that we collect about you is stored on our database and its collection, storage, use and disclosure is governed by the terms of the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993. If you subscribe to a mailing list that we maintain (including an e-mail subscription list), you can ask us to remove you from that list at any time by sending us an e-mail with your details via Contact Us.
